As an Event & Visitor Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and managing events, coordinating visitor schedules, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests.Your responsibilities will include:Helping develop and operate our visitor center, which will be finalized in 2026. Planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, including conferences, meetings, and social events. Coordinating visitor schedules, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and meals. Acting as the primary point of contact for all guests, providing exceptional service, and addressing any issues or concerns. Managing event budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring all events are executed within the allocated budget. To succeed in your position, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that event and visitor logistics align with company objectives.Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:Several years of experience in event planning or visitor coordination and project management. It will be considered a plus if you have been part of establishing and/or running a professional visitor or experience center. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. As a person, you are detail-oriented with a strong passion for event planning and enhancing guest experiences. You have exceptional organizational skills and you can collaborate seamlessly with various teams.About the department
