For an urgent task of consolidating Amadeus two offices in Copenhagen we are looking for an experienced project manager ASAP.
About the job
On behalf of Amadeus we are looking for a part time Project Manager for their Project Management Office. You will be responsible for the merging of 2 offices in Denmark to one office in Kastrup. You will function as a touch point between third parties, employees and the steering committee. A part of your job will be to report the progress and monitor SLAs/KPIs. Furthermore, the following tasks will also be a part of the project:
About you
You are experienced in project management and change management. Since the working hours can change you must be flexible in this regard. It’s important that you can start in the position immediately, and that you are able to communicate on a professional level in English. Besides that, it is a plus if you have experience from a matrix organization, and that you have in certification in PMI or Prince as an asset. You will interact with stakeholders and work with deadlines, so it’s important that you can meet these expectations.
Practical information
The job is based at the office in Kastrup, where you will work in a close cooperation with the Country Manager, Regional Manager and Facility manager. You will work approx. 10 hours per week. We expect the workload to be biggest in November and December and decrease hereafter. You will be employed as a temporary worker supposedly to the end of February 2020.

- Lead and manage the employees focus group and workstreams to gather the feedback how the office should be rearranged to meet the employees expectations – and to propose the best office setup and manage the physical movements of staff and office preparation (in collaboration with the IT department).
- To negotiate with third parties the best quality/price services/support
- To prepare and execute comprehensive change plan including stakeholder management (communication plan, workshops, escalation points etc.)
About you
