The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who can manage a software implementation process from A to Z, on time and following a detailed project plan. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who can manage a software implementation process from A to Z, on time and following a detailed project plan. This is a great opportunity to become a key member of our Customer Success team located in Copenhagen. Responsibilities include;
- Delight our customers with a fast paced efficient onboarding on our platform, enabling them to deliver value within their organization asap
- Become a specialist in the GAN platform
- Present our implementation methodology and set expectations with customers
- Own the project and the related implementations from contract execution to go-live
- Execute on a precise project plan in order to deliver on time
- Communicate and align regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure global cooperation with various team members and stakeholders
Relevant Experience
- 3-5 years experience in a project management and/or implementation role
- Previous experience in a customer facing role in a SaaS company
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical projects and ensure on-time delivery
- Proficient with project management software and processes
- Solid technical understanding and general understanding of technologies such as AWS, SaaS, Cloud and System Integration – and ability to hold a technical discussion with customers
- Masters/Bachelors degree is a nice to have
- Impeccable communication skills and fluent in English, which is key to happy clients
- Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology
- Immaculate time management and organizational skills
