We are looking for exceptionally talented, experienced, and resilient Transformation Partners to join our Transformation Office and accelerate our business transformation journey.

The Senior Transformation Partner works together with the rest of the Transformation Office and our key business stakeholders to orchestrate and accelerate the activities identified as critical for the transformation of the company.

Key responsibilities


You will be expected to take part of shaping your future role to best utilize your individual strengths and competencies - but the following are some relevant pointers as to what your job will include:

• Act as a sparring partner for a specific function by helping drive their transformation efforts,

• Support the functions with defining their multi-year strategic roadmap (uncovering synergies and conflicts) – this will also serve as valuable input to our overall transformation planning,

• Orchestration of the input from the functions at the annual Operating Planning (OP) process and follow-up via the quarterly Enterprise Change Reviews (ECR),

• Facilitate efficient resolutions of critical interdependencies and sequencing between processes, products and platforms,

• Identify and surface other strategic challenges that can hamper the progress of our defined transformation roadmaps and raise them to the relevant forum (e.g. ECR, OP),

• Support the functions on further improving the cross-functional operating model, and instill modern ways of working,

• Drive proper scoping of key transformational/ cross-functional initiatives to ensure execution readiness,

• Provide transparency of transformation plans, goals and decisions (the why) to relevant stakeholders,

• Enhance cross-functional collaboration by acting as bridge and bringing together relevant parties to solve problems, raise potential conflicting interests and rally around common goals,

• Ensure that customer value is at the center of everything we do.

We are looking for


The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience in a global setting within consulting, portfolio/ product/ program/ project management, corporate strategy and transformation.

You:

• Have exceptional stakeholder engagement (from senior executives to front line)

• Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,

• Have a deep understanding of technology and change management,

• Highly structured, strategic thinker, team player and problem solver, with strong analytical, planning and time management skills

• Have commercial acumen within Logistics & Services – preferred, but not a requirement.

• Have a proven track record of overseeing design, implementation and management of large complex transformation programs.
