Hi there – do you want to lead my People Projects team? 😊

Over the last year we’ve made quite some changes in our People Strategy team, we learned a lot and we’ve gotten even more ambitious, and now we need a strong executional project & team lead to join us in the People Strategy team.

I will start out with the most important information: The team you will lead and how we work, as it is quite “flat” structurally and when I start out by saying this, it is because it is important for me.

You will have the responsibility for 3 direct reports: Anne in CPH, and Lucy and Kenneth in SIN. They are all bright individuals, who knows what they are doing, and they need you to be a motivating manager and a trusted sparring partner – but you then need to let them run free.

In People Strategy we all participate in the team meetings, so even though, you will be their direct manager, we all join the same meetings, and everyone is encouraged to speak up and present their views. If you ever see me falling into the trap of building a non-productive hierarchy or I become a bottleneck for anything the team is doing, you need to tell me right away.

Key responsibilities


Your role is to scope, drive and lead the many different projects we have coming in.

You will work closely with your team on delivering those and all projects will be within the People sphere. It can be revamping our leadership approach, define our engagement measures and related tech-tools or creating a community for our seafarers. Nope, not small projects coming your way 😊.

You will work on many levels of the organisation from senior management to our very important frontline workers and you should be thriving in managing all kind of stakeholders.

I will be with you all the way, to make sure, we focus and prioritize the right things – and of course to help drive the projects, because just like you, I run projects as well.

We are looking for


It would be quite beneficial if you have worked as a consultant or project lead before and then have a strong passion for the People Agenda.

Scoping, storyline, management presentations etc. should not be new words to you but rather on the backbone. Furthermore, I expect you to have led people before.

Anne, Kenneth and Lucy are important to me – in short, they deserve the best and you need to be passionate about developing them at the same time as you enable them to be the best project leads, they can be.

I can’t tell how your day would look like as it will be very project dependent, but what I can promise, is that it will be fun, and you will have a real impact. The projects we run impacts 12,500 seafarers (that is quite a crowd) and we do everything in our power to support them.
In terms of how you and I will work together, I’ll be very open to discuss that. I promise to remove the roadblocks in your way and to learn from you. Just like I hope that I can teach you a trick or two.

In the team we normally prioritize a couple of days to be in office and a couple of days from home, we hope that will work for you as well. You can be located in CPH or SIN, I’m open to both.
