With your industry experience you will be able to lead / influence and establish a phased in end-to-end business process approach and governance within our functional teams. Using your deep industry expertise, you will be able to identify/quantify the value creation of modernizing ways of working across our end-to-end landscape.
Working in partnership with the Global Process Leaders, enterprise process transformation teams and reporting to a lead process transformation partner, you will ensure robust business led cases for change are well articulated focused on solving the most critical first and/or logical when converged with interdependent processes, technologies and people. This requires your leadership, domain level knowledge and high degree of collaboration within the business functions to capture and develop roadmaps that integrate into our business growth strategies.
You will be an experienced agent of change who is able to define and lead all phases of change across preparation, establishment, deployment and nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a vision, business case and plan for change for digitizing core business processes in partnership with the Global Process Lead.
- Develop end to end process journey maps identifying current and future state and nurture influential functional leaders’ relationships to align and prioritize investment areas for change.

- Define best practices for driving digital process reengineering, leveraging ML/AI to deliver automation and personalization where required.
- Provide leadership in developing standards and best practices
- Aid and Mentor Product teams and business analysts in the pursuit of process optimization and value creation
- Aid in establishing functional business process ownership model and governance of global business processes
- Work continuously with functional experts and Leadership to improve business process using automation and efficiencies
- Synthesizes and quantifies business value streams and risk for Leadership Team prioritization and sequencing
- Work with functional teams to improve business processes using automation and efficiencies in order to provide timely and meaningful information to management on financial systems, including the use of reporting solutions and other software
- Provide strategic input to the management team regarding business solutions and business process improvement to drive business innovation through the use of a digital strategy and industry disruptive solutions
- Provide leadership as it relates to business solutions projects as well as associated capital and operational expenditures, and reporting
- Defines, implements and manages continuous improvement to business solutions that leverage current investments
- Define and develop internally identified cross application dash-boarding, reporting and visualization capabilities to drive efficiencies into the organization through self-service applications and systems
- Define and implement Business process enablement in order to enable process agility, facilitate change management and to streamline transactions across complex integrations throughout the global functions
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related quantitative field combined with 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Support organization, ideally supporting a global organization with a broad portfolio of solutions across as-a-service, platform, software and hardware solutions.
You have proven experience as a Digital Solutions leader with a growth mindset and leading a global function; Working experience leading Digital Solution Design, Business Process Reengineering and Product Management
Furthermore you:
- Have strong organization and inspirational leadership experience; Strategic and also detail oriented, with a proven ability to inspire teams to build creative and effective solutions to complex problems, balancing immediate and long-term needs; Successful track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Have deep experience and knowledge across Business Process Design, Automation and Data Science techniques, and applying them to solve business problems
- Are an expert in storytelling and persuasive, executive presentation skills and experience; including excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to foster collaboration across departments and across team members with a wide range of skill sets, using a variety of approaches, and creating strong relationships built on trust
