About the Position
We are seeking a Junior Project and Content Manager to join our expanding team. The role will be part of the local Copenhagen project management team, and you will play a role in project and content deliveries to our health care clients.
We expect our project managers to show a burning desire for creating solutions with an eye for the details that allow customers to entangle with our brand and create long lasting value adding relationships. The right candidate will be part of strengthening our project management team and hands on in production and delivering projects that will strengthen long-standing relationships with our existing Fortune 500 clients & international healthcare clients.

In our Copenhagen office you will find a cozy work environment close to the lakes in the neighborhood around Ryesgade, Nørrebro close to the Sankt Hans square. We have approximately 50+ people working out of the Copenhagen office, so will get a chance to put a name and a face on most of your new colleagues. We are based in Copenhagen, but most of our clients are large multinational companies with headquarters around Europe and the US. This means that we collaborate daily with remote-based colleagues, the New York office, client teams and other partners from around the globe.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Position is fulltime in the DK office [currently we’re working 2/5 days in office, but this may change over time].

We are seeking a Junior Project and Content Manager to join our expanding team. The role will be part of the local Copenhagen project management team, and you will play a role in project and content deliveries to our health care clients.

The right candidate will be part of strengthening our project management team and hands on in production and delivering projects that will strengthen long-standing relationships with our existing Fortune 500 clients & international healthcare clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
- Report directly to the project management team lead and be part of the local project management team; support as a day-to-day project manager, managing projects regarding client expectations, timing and risks associated to a project; support the project management team according to a project life cycle both internally and externally.
- Engage and support projects throughout the project life cycle including client/internal meetings, managing client expectations (and working to exceed them), and ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives, timelines and budgets.
- Actively engage in creative brainstorm meetings to coordinate any concepting efforts that can be brought to fruition on relevancy during concepting of a project, new business pitch or initial kick-off of a project.
- Follow up on all open project items with internal team and track open issues accordingly in Status Reports and timelines, and informing all parties as necessary.
- Help solve content task for our clients working in CMS and SAAS platforms.
- To Q&A deliveries before handover to client.
- Participate in new business pitches and facilitate process for new business presentations.
Desired Skills and Experiences
The core competencies of the ideal candidate include:
- A basic understanding of marketing and project management.
- Bachelor or masters from a creative or business school.
- Experience with project management from a digital agency, digital marketing team within Pharma industry would be a huge plus.
- A great appreciation for ‘attention to detail’ both in planning and in content tasks.
- A comfortable business level English as this is our corporate language.
- A desire to work with multiple cultures.
- Enthusiastic and positive, with a 'Do-er' mentality to take on initiatives and be proactive in project and client management tasks.
- Comfortable in engaging with clients and internal teams.
- A deep passion and ambition for professional growth, willingness to learn, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural interest in staying ahead in new marketing / digital activities.
- Desire to learn Vertic's positioning within digital strategy and creative deliveries and reinforce this understanding to clients when operationalizing in project execution.
