Two years ago, we started implementing Dynamics 365 Human Resources in our People Division (HR), with the purpose of reducing manual processes and provide for more data driven decisions. HR Dynamics is our HR system for more than 5000 land-based employees across mainland Europe, the Baltics, and the UK. We have come a long way with the adoption of the system, but still have a lot of interesting projects on the agenda. This is where you come into play.
The role as Project Manager is placed in the Technology and Innovation Division, and you will become part of a team of 9 employees whose purpose is to provide a 1st class digital employee experience in DFDS. Your focus will be to make sure that we succeed with digitizing the People Division with Dynamics D365HR, and your key responsibilities will be:
Your primary stakeholder will be the People Division which you will work very closely with to ensure that project requirements and solutions fulfill all expectations.
The position is placed in our headquarter in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, a short walk from Nordhavn Station.

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant master’s degree and min. 5 years of professional experience within the cross field of HR and IT. We emphasize that you have:

- Understanding the global HR priorities as well as key processes and translate the project objectives into usable solutions.
- Be proficient in Dynamics 365HR so you understand the capabilities and limitations of the system.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to design the approach of required HR digitalisation projects.
- Verify and improve on designs through reviews, validations, and formal usability testing with end users.
- Oversee the project implementations and audit new project work at various key checkpoints, (requirements, development, testing) to ensure usability is front and centre throughout the project and the final review.
- Challenge designs that do not deliver best in class user experiences, provide written and verbal rationale for change in design, and suggest alternative design recommendations.
- Challenge any requirement that calls for customization of the system as we have a policy of “Standard First”.
- Collaboration with a team of systems super-users and project managers – a strong and close relationship with the local HR leadership and specialist resources.

What do we expect from you?

- Broad knowledge and experience within HR.
- A proven track record in project management, preferable combined with experience with implementing digital systems.
- An interest in working with and understanding IT systems.
- Experience with HR-systems is an advantage
- Strong skills within the following: Communication, stakeholder management, change management
- Fluency in written and verbal English as it is our corporate language.
- Experience from an international company and understanding for culture and market trends.
