ART 2030 is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team. You will develop, coordinate, and produce a variety of art projects and initiatives, that further our mission of connecting art and the Global Goals for Sustainable Development.
The position reports to the Founder & CEO and works in close collaboration with all team members. Joining during an important part of ART 2030’s history, you will be an integral part of a growing team and the organization’s continued development.

Responsibilities include:
- Research and investigate various topics and opportunities
- Collaborate with artists, institutions, and partners from a broad network
- Support and develop cross-sector relationships
- Coordinate and produce high-level international projects and events
- Draft agreements, funding, and permit applications
- Manage multiple timelines and/or projects at the same time
- Contribute to the organization’s internal strategic development
- Support and develop project-based communications
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A background and working knowledge in Contemporary Art, and an interest and/or experience in working with Sustainability/issues of the Global Goals for Sustainable Development
- An understanding and interest in socially-engaged, impactful art projects
- Proven experience with project management and coordination
- Skills in project conceptualization
- Strong capabilities in written English and communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Independent and responsible, with a detailed and organized approach
- Ability to travel for work as needed
