You will join our Communications department in Denmark
As our new Project Manager, Employer Branding you will be part of a communications team collaborating closely to position Ramboll’s brand in Denmark. The team consists of specialists within corporate communications, PR, social media, leadership communications, issues management, change communications and internal communications. The department culture is characterized as dedicated, professional, creative and with a high degree of job satisfaction.

- Driving our employer branding activities in Denmark in accordance with our employer brand strategy
- Create and execute cross-media campaigns
- Secure close collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR
- Increase number of applications via recruitment marketing
- Coordinate and facilitate inhouse career events and external career fairs
- Content production for social media
- Driving our ‘Ramboll Alumni Network’
This position is a fixed-term from 1 March 2020 to 12 February 2021.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with project management from an agency or an international company
- Experience within digital marketing and management of digital campaigns incl. reporting
- Proven track-record with planning and content production for social media
- Know how to create events that the audience will remember
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
- A Master’s Degree in communications, marketing or business
- It’s an advantage if you have experience with employer branding, employee advocacy and recruitment marketing
