You will join our Clients & Markets department

As our new Project Assistant for Clients & Markets you will be working directly for the Director of Clients and Markets as well as supporting the Senior Group Director in a high pace environment. You will take an active part in preparing and driving client and communication management agendas and driving strategic development initiatives across the global Ramboll organisation. Moreover, you will also be driving your own minor projects. No two days will be the same, but they will all be challenging and fun.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Support the Director and the Senior Group Director in their management responsibilities across Ramboll Group
  • Prepare data and analysis in support of strategic decisions
  • Supply general support to client and market platforms including tools, templates and formats
  • Maintain and develop channels for knowledge sharing regarding clients, marketing and sales
  • Drive professionalisation of our global tendering tools and templates
  • Support implementation of various strategic client, marketing and sales initiatives
  • Support development of shared formats for client engagement and sales enablement

Your starting point for constant growth

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the development of tenders and in starting a proposal process
  • Hands-on experience with preparing presentations for top management
  • Ability to support and facilitate leadership meetings
  • High level Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Experience working with Power BI or other similar data visualisation tools is an advantage

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: You are a very structured person with a commercial mind-set who can keep track of and drive several projects at once. You must have a can-do attitude and a strong drive. You can work independently on projects and see the value in getting things done. The work environment is fast paced; thus, it is important that you are flexible and adaptable. Lastly, you should have great relationship building skills.
