You will join our Clients, Sales & Marketing department
As our new Client Centricity Transformation Manager, you will be part of our Clients, Sales & Marketing department, working to foster a client centric culture and drive sales and marketing excellence in Ramboll. You will join nine dedicated colleagues, who are passionate about what we do and enjoy working together as a team to deliver extraordinary results, in collaboration with colleagues from across the organisation. The team works flexibly from Ramboll’s global Head Office in Ørestad, Copenhagen.

- Lead client centricity transformation and change programme
- Shape and implement executable plans and programmes on client centricity
- Support organizational change process within Ramboll by driving best-practice models
- Collaborate with the different disciplines within the Clients & Markets team
- Scope and execute internal campaigns and initiatives
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- 5+ years’ experience from similar role in a global company or management consulting
- Proven experience with change management – related to a commercial transformation
- Adept at leading significant change- and people-centric programmes in a global company setting
- Vast experience with commercial programme- and portfolio management or similar transformation experience in another company.
- Ability to recommend suitable tools to support the transformation
- Solid track record of how to successfully run, coordinate and structure your projects
- A master’s degree in e.g. business, marketing, communication or sales
