You will join our Global IT PMO department
As our new Program/Project Manager in Global IT you will be part of a passionate team, which primarily consists of colleagues within Project Management. Ramboll’s Global IT PMO department is responsible for executing on the project pipeline and portfolio as well as ensuring organisational adoption. Global IT has the past years embarked on the journey to professionalise the way we do IT and currently we are working on improving how we prepare and run IT Projects. We manage a project portfolio of up to 50 new projects per year encompassing both global and local projects which is a mix of business- and IT-driven projects. You will be based out of our Copenhagen office.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Define, plan and execute transformation programs of strategic importance
- Plan new projects in close dialogue with business managers and IT stakeholders, ensuring a good project foundation for decision by management
- Execute projects with special focus on managing scope, ensuring right resources, driving progress, working closely with your business counterpart and communicating with key stakeholders etc.
- Contribute to continuous development of our processes and tools in the IT Projects department as well as broader in Global IT

- M.Sc. or equivalent education
- Program and Project Management Certifications
- 15+ years relevant professional experience
- Documented and excellent people management experience
- Documented track record as IT program and project manager for complicated, cross-functional IT projects
- Recognised and highly developed negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in speech and writing
- Ability to communicate key messages to the point, both written and orally and adjusted to various stakeholders
- Being result oriented and taking clear ownership for assigned tasks as well as driving team(s) to success
- Having a flexible attitude, being proactive and able to take initiative
- Industry knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
