As our new Group Strategy Manager, you will join a diverse and international team that forms the basis of the Executive Office, reporting directly to the CEO of Ramboll Group. As a team we are responsible for key Group priorities such as strategy development and implementation, M&A, post-merger integrations, organisational design, in-house consulting projects, executive agenda support and priority ad-hoc tasks that are top of mind of the Board of Directors and Executive Management of the Group.</p><p>We launched our new strategy, The Partner for Sustainable Change, in early 2022 where we set out an ambition to become a global leader within Decarbonisation for Net Zero, Resilient Societies and Liveability, Resource Management and Circular Economy and Biodiversity and Ecosystems.  In Group Strategy, we take the ownership of driving the strategy implementation and strategic projects related to the overall group strategy across our 14 business units in all of which you will play a central role.</p><p>Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Leading strategic projects together with people from multiple parts of the broader organisation</li><li>Drive and take responsibility for our market monitoring and external benchmarking</li><li>Drive analysis and knowledge gathering to support decision making by the Group Executive Board</li><li>Manage teams on a project basis in strategic and transformational efforts</li><li>Help run the ‘annual wheel’ of strategy and business planning for Business Units, Corporate and Group as a whole, from setting priorities through implementation and follow-up</li><li>Contribute to Group Strategy structural capital: knowledge base, talent development, processes, and tools</li></ul><p>The Strategy Manager position is a great step for you as a management consultant or strategy professional to further develop your leadership skills in a corporate career with a strong growth trajectory and a steep learning curve.</p><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong><br>
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Relevant academic background: Master-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related field of study from a leading university</li><li>Relevant full-time experience from a similar Corporate Function or at a leading Management Consulting firm: minimum 5-7 years</li><li>International experience through previous positions or studies is an advantage</li><li>Fluency in English (Danish is not required)</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:</p><ul><li>Strong analytical mindset with a broad strategic toolbox and attention to detail – preferably including experience across the entire M&A value chain</li><li>Outstanding multi-disciplinary and holistic problem-solving skills</li><li>Great communication skills and confidence when communicating with senior stakeholders</li><li>Ability to uphold stringent quality of deliverables and building strong story lines in presentations</li><li>Ability to drive end-to-end strategy projects managing across multiple stakeholders</li><li>Ability to lead in a complex environment</li><li>Ability to cooperate across organisational and geographical borders, strong collaborative skills, and willingness to deliver together as a team</li><li>Contribute to the development of the Group Strategy function and develop our talents</li><li>Drive and energy to work in a high-paced environment and ‘see things through’</li></ul><p><strong>Welcome to our Corporate Functions</strong><br>
