3Shape is looking for an experienced project manager that will develop and drive the integration between 3Shape software and Practice Management Systems (PMS) in the clinics of our end customers.

In this role you will be part of a dynamic and agile team that develop and sell solutions for digital dentistry ranging from diagnosis to treatment planning and execution.

Impact:

You will drive the adoption of integration between 3Shape systems and clinic PMS Your role as Project Manager for PMS Integration will focus on significantly increasing the rate with which 3Shape end users integrate their 3Shape software with their clinics PMS. In close collaboration with Product Management you will choose which PMS to focus on based on market share and potential. You will also work to understand and define the integration scenarios that will be of highest value to our customer. Following you will analyze the impediments for adoption of PMS integration. Based on this you will work on building the necessary tools, documentation, resources, etc. for smooth and efficient adoption of the integration and you will build and execute a plan to drive up the adoption rate. 3Shape sell our solutions through re-sellers and we expect these to play a key role in this.

Your Role:

You will work independently but in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. The foundation for the job is a solid understand of the PMS landscape on the markets and the segments of the 3Shape customers. Initially you will therefore have to study the research and documentation that already have been collected by 3Shape. Based on this you will likely identify number of additional areas that we need to research, and you will plan and carry out this.

Following you will:

  • Define integration scenarios in collaboration with Product Management
  • Define requirements for enhancement of 3Shapes PMS integration interfaces
  • Collaborate with R&D to drive implementation of enhancements of PMS interfaces
  • Research and understand the integration capabilities of prioritized PMS
  • Build a relationship with relevant technical staff within PMS providers organization
  • Build a plan for how adoption of integration can be significantly increased
  • Execute plan including establishing required tools, documentation, resources, etc.

Based on this work you will collaborate with the partners and re-sellers of 3Shape and together with other key stakeholders you will drive adoption of PMS integration with 3Shape solutions in the clinics of our customers in a scalable way. We have a proven track record to offer continuous long-term development opportunities for our colleagues. Key for success is effective cooperation with stakeholders ranging from end-users, resellers, partners, sales, marketing, peers and executive management.

Qualifications:

  • You are tech savvy and like to play around with technology, systems and solutions and are used to finding pragmatic solutions to complex problems
  • You could have a background in customer support, field service or technical account management
  • You are excellent at creating external relations
  • You are driven and you enjoy working independently and you cope well with ambiguity
  • You have a relevant education in computer technology and have experience from working with multiple integration technologies
  • Experience with practical project management
  • You could have a background in the dental world or at least understand what happens in a dental clinic
