About the Job
In the role as Project Manager and Scrum Master you will be part of Trading Systems IT – which is the development team building our world class trading engine, which interact real-time with clients and financial markets across the globe.
The department follows modern IT development habits and workflows, with emphasis on continuous delivery, DevOps and Agile practices.
With a specific focus on low latency, reliability (100% up-time, 24 hours / 5.5 days), and scalability, our platforms currently support:
- Tens of thousands concurrent clients globally
- Hundreds of thousands of price updates per second
- Thousands of trades and orders per second
- Trading applications for multiple platforms and form factors
Your Profile
We are looking for Project Manager with a strong agile focus to act as Scrum Master to assist some of our existing teams with their workflows, processes and collaboration with other teams. You need to be mature with your agile toolbox and know which methods to apply where and how. As a Scrum Master you are expected to be:
- Responsible for planning, organizing and facilitating our teams to achieve their business objectives as identified together with the Product Owner
- Accountable for removing impediments withholding the team from achieving their goals
- Expected to employ agile inspect and adapt methodologies to ensure continuous learning and progress
- Experienced enough to identify when pure facilitation is not going to get us from A to B in time and flexible enough to be able to apply other tools for getting things done
The ideal candidate have:
- Experience with software development in a professional setup
- Experience with agile methodologies from different teams and organizations
- Experience with Project Management, budgeting and planning
- Aptitude for handling yourself in complex organizations
- Very strong communication skills
- Adept at identifying need for change and facilitating it
- Energetic and magnetic personality
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
