Key Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: Coordinating and leading project activities from early research stages up to life cycle management. That is supporting proof of concept during the research phase and then taking full responsibility for a project that contains process upscaling, technology transfer and PV readiness in our manufacturing facilities (or at a CMO) and along the entire value chain. Establishing new raw materials, planning large-scale manufacturing, quality control, and crafting strategies and plans for both internal and external stakeholders. Operating within a unique setup as our site encompasses the entire product life cycle, from early research to commercial production, with the potential for discontinuation if required. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should: Hold an M.Sc. in Chemistry, Bio-chemistry/technology, Life-Science Engineering, life science, or another relevant field within pharmaceutical sciences. Possess a minimum of 5+years of industrial project management experience, having gained in-depth knowledge of working with product development and/or manufacturing in GxP-regulated facilities. Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, with the ability and energy to efficiently drive projects through various developmental stages. Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Exhibit fluency in written and spoken English and be willing to learn Danish, if necessary. About the department Your new department, R&D Manufacturing Development, consists of 35 dedicated employees split into three teams. You will become a Project Manager in the PSG PM team consisting of 6 Project Managers. This team ensures successful project planning for the developed products from development to commercial production on-site or at a CMO. The department is involved in the entire portfolio of development projects moving through early to late-stage product development and production of new enzyme and resin candidates for the Biopharmaceutical market.
