Are you an experienced S&OP specialist with great responsibility for facilitating & driving the S&OP process? Do you thrive in a dynamic, development-oriented working culture? - Then you might be the new member of the Operations and Supply Chain team at Green Hydrogen Systems.
In the role of Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for facilitating & driving the overall S&OP process, including defining the process and being the main driver for the overall structure and participation.
You will work closely in a team, where execution and results are thriving.
Your key responsibilities include:
To succeed in this role, you have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the S&OP process and working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement & finance.
Furthermore, you have:
To succeed in this role, you come with an educational background at Bachelor’s or Master’s level preferably within Supply Chain / Sourcing, Engineering or a similar technical education.
You are proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS projects and the PLM system SAP. You are also a superuser of Excel.
Due to the international environment in Green Hydrogen Systems, you must master English both verbally and in writing.
On a personal level, you need to be result-driven and have a holistic approach so you can consider the full value chain impact and perspective.
You are structured and likes to be the one in charge of setting structure on chaos. You are an outgoing person, who can talk easily with other people and can take the initiative to ask questions and get answers.

Primary responsibilities
In the role of Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for facilitating & driving the overall S&OP process, including defining the process and being the main driver for the overall structure and participation.
You will work closely in a team, where execution and results are thriving.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Secure Production capacity overview.
- Maintain demand plan short and long-term (Master Production Plan)
- Together with the production planning ensure optimal production.
- Key participant in the Customer project execution team maintaining customer delivery plans.
- Key participant in Value Chain Team regarding capacity and availability.
- Obtain knowledge from production variances.
- Maintain critical component overview.
- Obtain and update throughput and cycle times to ensure resilient planning.
Your qualifications and motivations
To succeed in this role, you have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the S&OP process and working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement & finance.

- Good project management skills
- Good analytical skills, good at cross-functional collaboration
- Strong intra-personal skills
