You will join the Industrialization team, which is responsible for manufacturing and supply-chain process design and qualification in our Product Development Projects (PMP) for 3 phase UPS systems. These are being developed in our design centres in Denmark and China for our manufacturing sites, which are mainly located in Asia.
Lead overall industrialization activities from Open to Close for 3 phase product line
Working out of Kolding, Denmark, you will be leading overall the industrial activities for our PMP projects for 3 phase power roadmap. Specifically, you:
Initially, you will follow the Industrial Director in managing the strategy of a bigger program which is already contracted. Over time, you will gradually take over the tasks outlined with expected autonomous ownership 5-7 months after you join.

Lead overall industrialization activities from Open to Close for 3 phase product line
Working out of Kolding, Denmark, you will be leading overall the industrial activities for our PMP projects for 3 phase power roadmap. Specifically, you:
- Analyse and define supply chain for our new offers and make sure they meet the overall industrial strategy for the product line.
- Maintain the long time industrial plan for 3 phase, including capacity analysis, manufacturing surface and hours, and capital investments.
- Plan and track resource needs and consumed hours for industrial tasks for all 3 phase products together with project Industrial Leaders.
- Lead regularly reviews of 3 phase projects with key industrial leaders and contributors across Asia, Europe and US
- Functionally manage Kolding based industrial experts (6-8 persons) for process, test and cost: Ensure correct assignments to projects, set and evaluate goals, identify training needs and development plan
- Over time represent Industrialization in the 3 phase Project Steering committee

Proven track record of project management in electronics/manufacturing area
- You hold a background as Manufacturing or Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor or Masters degree
- You have a couple of years work experience in R&D, production or industrialization jobs
- You have experience in project management, preferable in multi-site setup and/or holds a certification in project management
- Preferable you have experience with portfolio management or high level industrial planning
- You are a skilled communicator who understands Danish and speak and write English fluently, and you’re able to travel up 15-25 days a year to factories and vendors in Asia.
