We are now looking for a new colleague to support our SOEC stack production in our SOEC pilot production at our headquarters. Our SOEC electrolysis technology will, through its unmatched energy efficiency, play a significant role in the green electrification of the chemical and refinery industry.We are headquartered in Denmark and have offices and operations globally and we are currently building an entirely new SOEC factory in Herning. You are passionate about quality and thrive when setting high standards for how we work with product and process quality. Ideally you have an engineering/scientist background and are experienced within product quality systems and management from a manufacturing point of view.Who we’re looking forYour focus will be to:Support the production personnel in stack production and ensure they are trained and follow standards and procedures. Own and further develop our stack production process, based on LEAN and continuous improvement principles. Collaborate with stack performance and mechanical design teams to incorporate product and process improvements into the stack production process. Conduct conditioning and reduction of stacks using scripts and document stack performance evaluation and deviations from process. Monitor and report on stack performance metrics on a regular basis. Lead investigations into non-conformities or quality incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. You are self-motivated, can work under pressure, and on your own initiative, additionally you are able to sometimes make decisions quickly. You thrive using your organizational and technical knowledge when making or influencing decisions.
