Due to our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Project Manager to join our strong project team.
Key responsibilities:
- Review the project in-dept to schedule deliverables and estimate costs,
- Project management from A to Z (from preparations and kick-off to evaluation),
- Coordinate and direct wind turbine technicians and subcontractors,
- Planning and resource allocation (equipment and manpower),
- Prepare, coordinate and maintain project documentation,
- Monitor performance and report progress to clients
- Control costs and follow-up on budget
Personal Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management experience from the wind industry is preffered
- Solution-oriented, flexible, persistent self-starter and systematic
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Strong leadership and human resources management skills
- Experienced negotiator and aware of the importance of communication and documentation
- Good command of English both written and spoken
