The position As Senior Project Manager you will become part of the Late Phase Oral Analytical Development leadership team consisting of a director, three team leaders and an administrative. In this position you will help the department and the leadership team in setting the structure for different processes and driving projects to optimize current processes and preparing us for the future with more automated and digitals processes. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Have a master´s degree in natural science, pharmacy or similar Are aquatinted with execution projects in QC in a GMP regulated environment and with some flair for IT Experience or interest in developing leadership and people management skills On a personal level you have a can-do mindset and are a team player possessing good communication and collaboration skills combined with a structured way of working and ability to work independently. Moreover, you have a high level of energy to drive yourself and your colleagues forward along with being result oriented and taking pride in delivering on your milestones. Above all, you keep a sense of perspective and a good sense of humour in a busy working environment thereby being agile to changes and having a positive attitude to make a difference by challenging the status quo. About the department Late Phase Oral Analytical Development is part of the development organisation in Novo Nordisk, and we are approximately 60 dedicated employees all located in Måløv, and the area is still growing.
