Are you a skilled project manager with experience in LEAN methodologies? Our Primary Pack department in Oral Product Development is seeking a Project Manager to lead improvement projects, drive troubleshooting efforts, and mentor coworkers in LEAN and project management methodologies. Do you want to be part of the development process and be part of defining the future for packing of oral products? Then you might be our new project manager - apply now! The Position: As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving improvement projects and ensuring effective execution of LEAN methodologies across our primary pack department. You will also be responsible for planning and executing troubleshooting tasks and mentoring coworkers in LEAN and project management. Among other daily tasks, you will Manage investment and improvement projects Lead the local continuous improvement process Plan and execute troubleshooting task force Mentor coworkers in project management and LEAN methodologies Qualifications: Have an academic background in a relevant field Proven experience in project management Strong understanding of LEAN methodologies Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to mentor and train coworkers Fluent in English. Good communication skills in Danish are not required but will be an advantage. If you have experience within packaging, it will be seen as an advantage, but it is not mandatory. On a personal level, you have a positive can-do attitude and thrive in an ever-changing environment. You tie easily with all organizational levels due to your excellent communication and people skills. You can quickly create an overview of possible solutions, consequences, and needed compromises, and you have a passion for setting structure and standards. About the Department: As a part of Oral Finished Products, we are responsible for the primary packaging of tablets for clinical phase I-III studies and preparing new packaging processes for products from development. The department is composed of three teams: an operational team, a process support team, and an equipment team. We are currently operating two packaging lines, and many exciting things are in scope for this department within the coming years, such as implementing two new packaging lines and moving into a new building at site Måløv. All of this means that we will be working in a project-oriented way, and it will be very exciting for us to succeed with these big tasks and projects.
