The position As a Project Manager you will manage cross-functional projects, supporting key decisions and milestones by selecting and applying essential project management tools and methods. Main tasks will be to:
  • Plan, organise, and control resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
  • Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements
  • Provide clear goals and purpose for the project and team members to ensure effective use of time and resources and build employee motivation
  • Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, ensuring clarity and order
    • You will be joining a project management team in Emerging Technologies, where we are at the forefront of the new projects for Novo Nordisk, hence why this is a unique opportunity to shape our future. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who can nod their head at the following attributes:
  • Has an academic degree
  • Has some experience in project management and project execution
  • Is motivated by change management
  • Preferably, has foundational knowledge in specific areas to advise on scope changes, QA, and other technical aspects of projects
  • Has English proficiency
    • On a personal level, you have the ability to work across teams and departments, collaborating and engaging with colleagues globally through your excellent communication skills. You have strong organizational and planning skills. Finally, you demonstrate leadership trough the ability of engaging and motivating your peers.
