Fiberline Composites, a world-leading company in the fast-developing technology of pultrusion, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager.
As an important aspect of our global strategy and establishment of new plants worldwide we are looking for a person who can help us establish a full technical setup and secure a full running plant in close cooperation with our Global Operations Project Manager.
In that regard some travel will be required (80-100 days).
The Senior Technical Project Manager will play a key role to ensure that all activities related to the preparation and establishment of the project are carried out successfully.
To be considered for this role, you will hold an engineering degree within mechanical, production, electrical engineering or similar and have strong expertise in technical project management.

The Senior Technical Project Manager will play a key role to ensure that all activities related to the preparation and establishment of the project are carried out successfully.
To be considered for this role, you will hold an engineering degree within mechanical, production, electrical engineering or similar and have strong expertise in technical project management.
Key responsibilities
- Make sure the project budget and schedule are carefully prepared – and with a secure link of the management and monitoring model to the project budget and schedule for each site.
- Ensure compliance with rules and guidelines, establishing EHS KPIs, reporting incidents and taking corrective actions.
- Prepare a complete concept and script for the physical establishment of each new site – and consider the necessary and natural adaptations to each location and relevant regulatory requirements. The concept includes factory layout, specification of production equipment and infrastructure, choice of subcontractors.
- Ensuring installation of the technical setup on each site – with the necessary technical documentation, including declaration of conformity and CE marking. You will be part of the project until and including the start-up phase of the production, where you and your project team ensure the preparation and implementation of maintenance plans etc. supporting the subsequent daily operation.
Your profile
- Advanced degree within mechanical, production, electrical engineering or similar.
- Strong experience in technical project management.
- Good business understanding of manufacturing solutions.
- Strong familiarity about manufacturing technology processes.
- A Project Management certification like Prince 2 or similar is a strong plus.
- Are familiar with practical problem solving and can drive structured approaches for improvement like Six Sigma.
- Speak and write English fluently.
