Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for establishing and developing business methods, processes and deployment within the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) Organisation. As Business Process Specialist, you will support functional process development and roll-out and be the point of contact for interfaces with internal stakeholders regarding GSCM processes and procedures.
You will join the Global Supply Chain Management’s Digitalisation Team, which has great competences within business processes, IT systems, business intelligence and training techniques.
Your tasks will include:
Secure a high level of quality in process documentation Develop and anchor business methods, processes and procedures for GSCM Identify gaps and missing business processes across the GSCM area Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of processes Define, plan and execute initiatives together with respective stakeholders On request, provide support on audit initiatives within GSCM Ensure effective IT systems integration of specific data requirements from GSCM processes Monitor and lead continuous reviews of existing GSCM related processes to secure they are updated at all times

Have experience with mapping, creating and deploying processes and procedures Have a good understanding of the value chain in a manufacturing or supply chain company Are a competent Microsoft Office user, and that you are interested in learning new systems and acquiring new skills Speak, read and write English fluently Can prioritise your tasks and take ownership within your area of responsibility Have a desire to establish a strong value chain
