A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager experienced in working with organisational development projects to join the L&D team consisting of 10 people. The team are working with e.g. Engagement survey, COWI Values, Diversity, Talent Management etc. With reference to the L&D Manager, you will as a project manager be working on the development and implementation of people solutions strongly rooted in business needs and strategic ambition. Together with multiple stakeholders, you will work to create engagement and ownership of the solutions to ensure successful implementation

Furthermore, you should:
- Hold a degree in business/economics, HR management, social science or other related fields
- At best, practical experience with diversity management
- Experience with the development of training sessions advantageous
- Balance several projects at the same time
- Have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a customer-focused mind-set and an aptitude to understand the COWI business
- Be able to focus on the long-term benefits and value creation and at the same time deliver on specific activities on time
- Have Change Management experience
- Be structured able to get things done
