You will be joining FFEx Quality, an area anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), which globally employ approximately 25,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 60,000 employees.
It’s a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major FFEx projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients, by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, which we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
Our department is responsible for quality assurance and compliance of the new facilities. We ensure a high level of quality and compliance with GMP in close cooperation with our stakeholders. The position
As a Technical Writer and Project Coordinator, you will support and coordinate the process for development of global standards.
As an expert on the development of standards you will play a key role in our efforts to develop our processes within QA and you will experience your work having a direct impact on the way we work. As you mature in the position you will become an active sparring partner for our global networks and its local participants. Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Draft, structure and finalise documents and related material in a clear and easy to read language
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
• Coordinate the process for developing global standards generated in our global program As a project coordinator you will also support project managers with daily tasks, meetings and workshops. Overall, you identify and establish improvement opportunities in project execution, thereby deliver successful results of development and deployment of standards.
This job is performed in an international environment and hence flexibility to travel is to some extent required. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of business processes and the value of great procedures for an organisation. To succeed in this role, you have:
• a degree in engineering, pharmacy, business or related technical field
• a keen interest in explaining complex science matters in an easy way
• preferably are familiar with LEAN principles
• are fluent in English
As a person you are focused on results and have demonstrated the ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks by working in a structured and systematic way in order to deliver results in accordance with agreed plans, deliverables, and scope.
