As our Senior Project Manager for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Testing Coordination, you'll be responsible for ensuring the success of our projects through your expertise. The position We are seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager with a passion for driving solutions and delivering results to join our team. The successful candidate will develop a standard (FAT) execution model based on best practices within and outside of Novo Nordisk, with a focus on collaboration and communication across all work packages and receiving project sites. Your key tasks and areas of responsibility may be summed up as:
  • Assemble and lead a central FAT team to develop and define standards for FAT preparation, planning, and execution while keeping stakeholders informed and providing continuous guidance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Facilitate meetings and communicate project updates, issues, and risks to senior management, building and maintaining effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the setup and implement learning for future executions while identifying and resolving project barriers and conflicts.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools, while continuously assessing and improving project delivery processes.
    • Qualifications The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, coupled with the capability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to quality, time, and budgetary constraints. Ideally, you see yourself in the following description:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience working in the pharma industry is an advantage.
    • About the department You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, which was established 18 months ago and is a growing area within Novo Nordisk. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world. The Validation Standards department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for ensuring the quality of the final product during the manufacturing process. They develop and implement quality control plans and work closely with other departments to maintain quality standards.
