This is your opportunity to join one of the most ambitious and exciting programs in Novo Nordisk and influence the future Fill and Finish facilities with the best solutions for IT, automation, and digitalization, together with very competent colleagues, eager to share their knowledge and learn from you. You will belong to the Portfolio Team consisting of capable and seasoned Project Managers like yourself. In the Portfolio Team we are dedicated and accountable for all project management areas, be it planning, risk management, cost estimates, stakeholder engagement etc., for the IT & automation activities, which have dependencies to other program tracks, but also to our different sites. Additionally, your responsibilities will include: • Ownership of project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation, including planning, risk management, cost estimates, stakeholder engagement, and more
• Defining the scope, create and follow the plan, and manage stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of IT & automation activities
• Challenging solutions and speed of implementation, ensuring compliance and quality in all parts of the projects
• Engaging and involve with various technology partners (internal and external) and site work package owners
• Shaping best practices and standards with colleagues in our PMO, IT Infrastructure team, and Automation team Which competencies to bring?
To be a strong candidate for this position, we have an idea that you will possess many to most of these:
• Master’s degree in a Business or IT field and/or around 10 years of experience as project manager, preferably within IT projects
• Experience leading complex IT projects at all levels of the organization, in a enterprise environment
• While extensive pharma experience is not mandatory, exposure to projects in regulatory and/or manufacturing backgrounds within an international setting is preferred
• Being self-driven, with high level of engagement, motivation, and communications skills
• Readiness for possible business travels outside of Denmark

Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization within Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS) division - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future. Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
