In this position you will support several large-scale global CAPEX projects around the globe from a validation standpoint. In our team we own the template- and documentation standards employed by our colleagues in the individual expansion sites as they qualify and validate new pharmaceutical equipment. As the Senior Project Manager for Validation Standards you will be tasked with operating in a highly complex stakeholder landscape and lead various projects across the department. Key responsibilities for this role will include: Initiate and lead projects from end-to-end including implementation across department. Identify and engage with project stakeholders, managing their expectations and maintain clear communication at all levels. Assemble project team and foster a collaborative project environment. Problem solving by addressing challenges and conflicts promptly and finding effective solutions. Qualifications
As a Senior Project Manager, Validation Standards, the ideal candidate should be skilled in collaborating and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They should be energetic, optimistic, and able to both create and execute plans.
To be qualified for this role, we expect you to live up to the following: A degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, or another relevant field. You are a talented project manager with a swift mind for learning new things. You possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, preferably with experience from working internationally across borders and time zones. You’re not afraid of changes and thrive in an environment with a high degree of uncertainty and ambiguity. Experience in validation of equipment/processes is a must. Clear and distinct communication in English, both written and spoken, is essential for the role. About the area
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 30.000+ of Novo Nordisk’s 72.000+ employees.
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.
We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.
