The position as Senior Project Manager is based in the Odense office but due to the global nature of the projects, you will experience high flexibility. Most importantly, you will be part of a company with talented colleagues that value having fun while at work and thus contribute to a good work environment. The Odense office has approximately 70 employees, of which approximately 40 are software developers.
the role
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Discussing, developing, and implementing projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and other stakeholders
- Helping define generic PM/PMO and best practices in order to best meet future needs
- Identifying and engaging stakeholders
- Assembling and leading the project team.
- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines
- Creating a project budget and ensuring that the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible
- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests
- Serving as a liaison to communicating information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information
- Delivering completed products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance
- Identifying and executing on opportunities within various regulatory authorities
You can expect approximately 30-50 travel days annually to customers and colleagues in Europe and the United States.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in software projects, and a candidate who has the competencies to manage major, million dollar projects, handling a variety of stakeholders from all over the world.
In order to succeed, it is crucial that you are able to build trustworthy relationships internally and externally, and that you possess a pragmatic approach to the task at hand and the people around you. You thrive in the intersection between relations building and the delivery of complex, advanced tech systems – and you are a ruthless prioritizer.
It is important that you have good English skills both verbally and in writing and find travelling motivating.
