We are looking for a Project Manager for our client in the Pharma Industry. You will be set to manage generic projects (10-20 stakeholders, 6 to 1 year duration, light on the tech side) with the support of the head of the project management.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience with tracking, planning, following up
- Knowledge of PowerBI
- Project management certified (agile and/or waterfall)
- PHARMA experience is big plus
- Ability to communicate in a clear, simple and user-centric language both oral and written towards different layers in the organisation
- Ability to create and conduct simple and user-centric presentations (PowerPoint)
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops efficiently and energizing
- Able to communicate with non IT people
- Ability to analyze a problem, facilitate input and take action, overcome problems and create progress in the project
- Ability to create a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, workstreams, timeline, milestones, governance, RACI, risks and resource allocation
- Ability to work structured with Risk analysis, Cost-Benefits analysis etc.
- Pro-actively take actions to mitigate risks identified
- Proactively seeking feedback on performance and tasks, and searching for opportunities to learn
- Actively take responsibility for own job satisfaction incl. sustainable working habits; and reaching out own leaders when coaching and support are need
- Ability to seek insight to create a stakeholder list, analysis and plan for how to involve and inform different stakeholders
- Ability to sense/know when stakeholder involvement and engagement is needed when unforeseen challenges appears
- Act a team player by always trying to play each other better
- Ability to use common project management methods, tools and templates
- Eager to learn new tools (eg. powerBI)
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Continuously follow up on project plan, workstream progress, dependencies, milestones, actions; and adjust project plan when needed according to project governance Prepare and execute project meetings incl. SteerCo meetings
- Continuously involvement and alignment with stakeholders
