Interim IT Project Manager
Would you like to join a humorous and friendly IT team and be responsible for running Dynaudio IT projects ensuring positive results for a global organization? Can you help us finish our Dynamics 365 ERP system and PLM project while our Project Manager is on maternity leave?
Join forces in a united IT and ERP team
Dynaudio’s IT and EPR team, consisting of five employees, is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and developing all of our IT systems worldwide. The team is divided in two functions; ERP and Infrastructure. You will play an important role in the success of both team’s assignments, by facilitating the IT projects, which are essential for Dynaudio's continuous success.
If you haven't heard already, Dynaudio produces some of the world’s best loudspeakers and we do this from our main site in Skanderborg, Denmark. Here lies the majority of our work, but being an international organization with offices in Germany, USA and Shanghai, expand the area of responsibility to not only Skanderborg, but to the rest of organization worldwide.
Your main responsibilities as IT Project Manager
As an IT Project Manager, you will refer to our IT Manager, Jonas U. Jensen’s and you will be the driving force of decisive projects for the development of the organization.

Your success depends on both your technical results but also very much on your ability to foster a collaborative team environment and make sure all employees are motivated to meet both KPI´s and user expectations. Therefore, we hope to get a structured, positive and humorous colleague to support the IT team with effective project steering.
It goes without saying that your success depends on your ability to maneuver the project in an agile environment, meaning, we imagine you have a hands-on experience with project management and experience. However, we also except you to dive into some of the tasks as the executing part.
Being part of a global organization, excellent language skills are required in both written and spoken Danish and English.
You enjoy taking part in a fast-moving environment, and through your base is in Skanderborg, travelling will be a significant part of the job in order to get touch with the customers. You should expect between 5-15 days of travel in 2020.

- Guide the project-members and help to prioritize tasks
- Help the project-members to document processes and ROI to ensure that decisions are fact-based
- Ensure ongoing communication with the project teams and stakeholders
- Help facilitate an honest and open decision-making discussion in the project teams as well as in the organization
- Assist the team by addressing organization obstacles
- Furthermore, you will have the responsibility of reporting to the steering committees for the projects.
As mentioned, the project that you will be managing are:
- Dynaudio’s new ERP platform based on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation "on-premise"
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Intranet/SharePoint
