Our production, administration and development is gathered at the headquarter in Stilling, south of Aarhus. In the newly established position as Sales Process Specialist, you will become a part of our Sales Process & Tools team which is the business owner of Kamstrup’s Sales Process and CRM platform.
In the process of implementing a new ERP, the team will become business owner of CPQ (Customer Quotes and Order Confirmations) and is therefore looking for a new colleague to drive this. You will become part of a team consisting of 2 colleagues with competencies within Business Process Management/Lean Sigma, CRM & BI application management, project management, and business design. Our primary objective is to drive globalization and standardization of Sales & Marketing processes, to enable an optimized customer experience of a OneKamstrup.
A job focused on globalization and standardization
You will become member of the Sales & Configuration project team in a strategic important ERP/ConfigurePriceQuote implementation project involving colleagues from most parts of the business and IT. Your team is working towards implementation of a global standard across +20 sales offices to issue Quotes and Order Confirmations to customers, from an Oracle CPQ Cloud, embedded into our Microsoft 365 CRM Cloud.
Your primary task as Specialist will therefore be to:
• Map- and align operational processes and instructions
• Verify quality of customer Quote and Order Confirmation experience (documents and information)
• Cooperate with ERP project office on change management preparations in connection with roll-out to the business
Gradually, you will convert into a platform management role to plan continuous improvement to the CPQ platform. Your primary partner will be the Business Engagement Specialist and CPQ Specialist from the IT Systems Enterprise department and key stakeholders will be include global super users within the sales organization and technology platform business process owners. The implementation will also mean that you can then prioritize process projects outside the core Quote-to-Order process.
In the job you must expect around 10-20 travel days per year.
Personality matters
As a person you have a great drive and you thrive in the area between Business and IT. You will be the natural go-to person for the business when discussing potential solutions and new ideas. It is imperative that you constantly seek to raise the bar for global adoption of processes and systems use to optimize the global customer experience of Kamstrup.
It is an advantage if you have been part of a full-scale system implementation with many business processes in play – however proven achievements of sales process implementation projects is even more important in this position.
In addition, it is a requirement that you have minimum 2 years of experience with - and great interest of:
• Process mapping, Level 4 and Business Instructions
• Stakeholder Management, hearing- and corrective action process
• Basic knowledge of ERP, Dynamics CRM and system integration
• Training and support of super users
It is a requirement that you master Danish and English on a high level – both orally and written.
