We are therefore looking for a new Process Engineer for our Process team, who is focused on the future and optimization of our Supply Chain processes.
In the position as Process Engineer, you will be part of our Process team, which is part of the Strategic Production Technology department and focuses on the long-term strategic work in our Supply Chain. With direct reference to our Head of Process, you will be a part of a team consisting of 10 committed colleagues, who is characterised by having a great focus on innovation, the ability to think out of the box and possess diverse educational backgrounds and hence competencies. The team’s responsibility is to use data to optimize and stabilize Kamstrup's production processes.
Process Engineer with focus on optimisation though data
As our new Process Engineer you will be responsible for optimizing production processes through the use of data. Moreover, you will participate in and running complex optimization projects and you will therefore you will have a wide surface of contacts. Your main focus will be on optimization and improvement in our Heat and Water production.
More specifically, your primary responsibilities will be to:
You will expectedly have around 5-10 travelling days a year.
Personality matters
We are looking for a quality-conscious Process Engineer, who can use previous experience and structure to contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. We expect you to have a professional background with at least 3 years of experience as a Process Specialist, Process Engineer or similar. In addition it is an advantage if you have knowledge of fluid dynamics or flow technology.
Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have:
As a person, you are openminded and master the art of creating relationships across a wide range of contacts. You have an analytical mindset with the eager of combining the data with business. You are self-motivating and can both identify new opportunities and at the same time ensure these being implemented in the production. Moreover, you have a structured approach to your tasks, and it is natural for you to work based on deadlines.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.

- Running DOE and MSA test to improve and optimize processes and test procedures
- Driving change and implementation of a data driven culture
- Making realtime analysis of data in our production environment
- Running and participating in optimization projects with our production, development and metrology department
- Supporting development in our global setup
You will expectedly have around 5-10 travelling days a year.
Personality matters

- A technical master degree within engineering or similar
- Experience within applied production statistics
- Experience in process and production optimization
