Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Project Manager for our PRO projects to work at our HQ in Skanderborg.
About the job
As our new Project Manager for PRO development projects your main responsibility will be to ensure effectively executed projects, supporting internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
You’ll become part of project teams developing new products and be responsible for all Project Management tasks in these projects, working according to our stage gate model. You will work closely with colleagues globally in R&D, Operation, Sales and Marketing to ensure we continuously develop and produce world-class PRO speakers.

We’re a team of currently 30 colleagues in R&D Denmark within Project Management, Acoustics, and Mechanical Engineering. We are a dedicated bunch who are fortunate enough to work with our passion every day.
About you
You have in-depth experience with Technical Project Management - preferably including audio knowledge and experience. You have experience working in a multicultural environment and managing projects across continents.
You are well versed in the usage of IT-systems such as ERP and PLM (we use D365 and Windchill), as well as Excel and MS Outlook.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.

- Project Management of Professional internal development projects
- Daily management and ensuring progress on projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain good customer relationships and be responsible for all documentation required by the customer
- Stakeholder management globally
About the department

About you

- You have 5+ years’ experience with technical/ development project management
- You hold at least a bachelor’s degree within engineering - preferably within Mechanics or Electronics
- A solid technical understanding - preferably within consumer electronics
- Proven track record with leading and motivating project teams in complex project environments
You are well versed in the usage of IT-systems such as ERP and PLM (we use D365 and Windchill), as well as Excel and MS Outlook.
