Become a part of our Project Management Office (PMO) team in our Supply Chain

With a direct reference to our Head of PMO, you will become part of our PMO team that execute operational and strategic projects within Supply Chain. The team consists of 9 dedicated colleagues that lead complex Strategic and CAPEX projects related to new equipment/capacity, locations and production facilities. Together, we strive to deliver excellent project management in order to ensure successful solutions and satisfied customers.
Project Manager with focus on stakeholder management, best practices and supply Chain
As Project Manager you will have a key role in leading CAPEX and Strategic projects related to Supply Chain. You will also be part of clarifying the development and deployment model for these types of projects in Kamstrup’ Supply Chain.
More specifically, your primary work tasks will be:
In the job, you can expect 15-20 travel days per year – dependent on project type.
Personality matters
To succeed in the job it is crucial that you have solid experience within classic project management disciplines and have a highly influential personality. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has minimum 3 years of experience within project management and a proven track record in project execution. You possess an international and holistic mindset with the ability to motivate and engage various stakeholders. You have a relevant educational background e.g. Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management and Marine Engineering or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Mgt., Logistics, Production Technology or similar which gives you the ability to manage complex projects.
As a person, you have a good business understanding, are outgoing and influential in the way you engage and motivate your project team members. You are excellent at creating structured overviews and are driven by a constant focus on the quality of your project deliveries. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive, and you have the ability to move and change things through engagement and alignment. At last, you have strong communicative skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English and Danish fluently.
