Together we cover multiple working areas but unite around supporting our operational Solution & Service departments through digitalization of processes, automation, continuous improvements and transparency in our operations and profitability.
A job with focus on ServiceNow utilization
In the newly established position, you will play in an important role in increasing the digitalization of our main service business processes like customer support, system operations and hosting. Your main responsibility will be to increase the utilization of ServiceNow by defining and transforming business requirements into robust solution designs, with the aim of strengthening our efficiency and profitability. Therefore, you will be playing an active part in specifying, developing, testing and implementing new ServiceNow features in close collaboration with business users and IT.

Personality matters
We are looking for a System and & Process Specialist who has a great drive and interest in digitalization and system driven process improvements. We imagine that you have a relevant education within IT, ITKO or similar combined with 3-5 years’ experience from a similar role where you have been working with a similar area of responsibility. However, most important is that you have a problem solving mindset and are eager to learn more about digitalization of ServiceNow.
In addition, it will be an advantage if you have:

In addition, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English both in written and spoken.

Furthermore, you will be:
- Owning and driving the ServiceNow system roadmap from a business perspective
- Performing no-code/low-code development of smaller features in ServiceNow (complex development will be handled by IT)
- Supporting and troubleshooting together with super users when needed
- Developing a foundation for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) together with key stakeholders, and subsequently utilizing and maintaining it in collaboration with the super users to increase the level of automation in our business
- Educating our super users in the new solutions
