In Dynaudio A/S in Skanderborg, we’re looking for a new teammate, a Demand Planner, to play a crucial part in our service strategy through demand planning and customer service towards the automotive industry.
Your job is to connect the internal Supply Chain’s abilities with the customers’ demands and make ends meet. In the process you’ll get plenty of opportunity to utilise your skills in analysis, coordination, trend spotting, project management and communication.

YOUR MISSION
As our new Demand Planner your mission is of course to support our purpose. To be exact, you’ll manage demand forecast and act as the bridge between production and sales to fulfil the customer demand in the best possible way.
Your primary tasks include:
YOUR COLLEAGUES
Your assigned work desk is at our HQ in Skanderborg, and in our department we share an open office with our Logistics Manager.
You’ll join a team of 7 dedicated colleagues working across demand planning and sales coordination.
Our workday is characterised as busy and challenging. At the same there’s always room for cracking jokes, playing games, listening to music, eating cake and having a coffee break during the day.
Your immediate manager will be our Sales Coordination & Demand Planning Manager.
YOU: THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
Ideally, you have at least 3 years of solid experience in Demand Planning or Sales Order Management.
Other than that, we also expect you to have
English is our main company language, so you’ll need full professional proficiency. If you have professional Danish, German or Chinese proficiencies, it’s a big plus.

- collecting and analysing demand forecast from our customers
- preparing and hosting weekly S&OP meetings
- monitoring and updating MPS in D365
- participating in project meetings
- analysing and maintaining minimum stock

- vast knowledge of MRP/ERP with a solid understanding of master planning, production and sales modules
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate and analyse data to enable operational decision-making or present clear recommendations to S&OP team.
- strong interpersonal and intercultural communications skills.
