Become a part of our Process and Analysis team
Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of smart metering solutions with headquarters in Stilling south of Aarhus. Kamstrup’s business is undergoing rapid development, which means that the requirements for our smart metering solutions are growing. Therefore, we are looking for a Business Process Specialist to support the growth and demand in the Supply Chain.

With direct reference to our Head of Process and Analysis, you will become part of our Process and Analysis team. A dedicated team consisting of Data Scientists and Business Process Specialists who are all supporting the Supply Chain in achieving goals and ensuring optimal performance. The team is characterized by a diverse background with different competencies where an open culture with great communication, sparring and knowledge sharing is highly valued.

A job with a focus on flawless operations and risk minimization
As a Business Process Specialist your main responsibility will be to develop PFMEA strategies that aligns with our organizational goals in close collaboration with a broad stakeholder group. You will own the PFMEA processes and ensure an effective implementation within the organization and will therefore naturally become the go-to person for stakeholders, proving them with expertise in the implementation process and preventive actions derived from PFMEA insights.

More specifically, your responsibilities will be:

  • Leading PFMEA workshops and guiding team members in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential risks
  • Monitoring and reviewing process performance, making recommendations for process improvements derived from PFMEA analysis
  • Developing and maintaining robust PFMEA documentation and related quality management systems
  • Implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and improve overall process reliability and efficiency based on PFMEA findings

In the job, you can expect up to 5-10 travel days per year.

Personality matters
We are looking for a Business Process Specialist with an educational background as Production Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Marine Engineer or similar. In addition, you have at least 2-3 years of experience from a similar position where you have obtained strong knowledge of PFMEA methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Moreover, we imagine that you have:

  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams and leading workshops
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex processes and identifying potential failure modes and their effects
  • Experience in implementing correct preventive actions based on PFMEA insights

As a person you are naturally curious and solution-oriented and enjoy finding and solving problems. You thrive in an environment where you can collaborate with stakeholders on all organizational levels, where your outgoing and driven personality motivates colleagues around you. With your structural approach to your work, you can drive and execute processes of high quality. As you have a continuous learning mindset, you seek to stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in PFMEA practices and are therefore ready to tackle challenges based on your knowledge.

It is a requirement that you speak and write both Danish and English fluently.
