About the graduate program
In our graduate program, we offer you a accelerate opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry while supporting our ambition to ensure clean water and energy to a maximum number of people. This dedicated program has a duration of two years and through four tailored rotations you will gain unique cross functional insights, working with value adding projects in a global setting, where your voice and expertise is acknowledged. Furthermore, we support your personal and professional development through courses, mentoring, coaching sessions, and continuous feedback all with the intent to provide you with the expertise for a key position at the end of the program.
Become our Project Management Graduate
In the role as our Project Management Graduate you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of how we drive cross functional projects and interconnected activities within the entire value chain from development to delivery of the final product with supply chain as the central point. In the end of the program, we expect you to have gained insights around leading the whole product portfolio and to have the ability to drive comprehensive projects with different stakeholders across of the business on a global scale, as a Portfolio Manager or Project Manager.
You will start in our Advanced Manufacturing Department, where all strategic projects regarding supply chain are anchored. You will get a thorough introduction to our project management approach, familiarize yourself with our project model and support the succession of a key project.

Personality matters
We are looking for a motivated Project Management Graduate who is ready to make your impact to our business. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree within Supply Chain Management, Business Development Engineering, Global Manufacturing & Management or similar and have a profound interest in technical solutions. You have achieved extraordinary results from academic or extracurricular activities such as internships or case competitions.
As a person, you take initiative and your eye for detail enables you to spot optimization opportunities while maintaining an overview of processes. Furthermore, this gives you the ability to understand interconnected activities and recognize linked effects throughout an entire value chain. Your commercial insights make you always keep the customer in mind while your analytic skills enable you to prioritize projects and drive them successfully towards implementation.
You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and orally.
