Project Manager for Service & Custom
Did you know that we are introducing new products in our supply chain every 6 months? And did you know that you will be a key part in ensuring that our new products are matured and ready for production and service in a timely manner?
The Project Managers in Service & Custom (S&C) are part of a Demant Global Operations function dedicated to the areas of Custom (In-the-Ear) hearing aids and service concepts, working with New Product Introduction (NPI).
Our team has the responsibility to make sure that the In-The-Ear Hearing Instruments are ready for manufacturing at production hubs and sister companies around the world. Furthermore, we are responsible for the service concept for all the new Hearing Instruments. The main deliveries in a product release are training, documentation, and software, which you as project manager is responsible for driving.
We work according to the regulatory requirements of ISO13485/FDA 21 CFR Part 820/MDSAP-regulations where you role as project manager entails making sure that we are compliant when we reach the release stage.

You are an expert in managing complex projects, ensuring that the products are ready for manufacturing and on time for launch. The upstream stakeholders are among others R&D, IT and Master Data and the downstream stakeholders being distribution, hubs and sister companies. You have a wide interface into our organization which is why you should feel at ease with working with many stakeholders across Marketing, R&D and Operations.
As your stakeholders are spread globally, a certain amount of travelling (15-20 days/year) is necessary – if covid-19 restrictions allow us.
Qualifications

You are capable of handling uncertainties and from time to time, situations under pressure. We provide a dynamic working environment where adapting to new situations is vital.
You bring a solid project management toolbox with you which enables you to set a clear direction, achieving your results by leading and motivating others. The projects you have led in the past have been cross-functional, working with R&D functions such as hardware, software, electro-acoustical or mechanical development. Your approach is constructive, structured and systematic, and you make an impact through clear communication.
As project manager you are proud to deliver on time. In other words, you have full responsibility of ensuring that our products are ready for manufacturing. You have a hands-on approach, meaning that you like being involved in both the technical solutions and the processes required to ensure success.
You are likely to hold a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or similar relevant background.
If you should have a PMI certification we will consider this a plus. The most important thing is that you have a Project Management toolbox to back you up in your everyday work and 3-5 years project management experience.

We are a global and diverse culture, and therefore you work effortlessly in English. It is not required that you speak fluent Danish.
If you are currently living outside Denmark, please note that we do expect you to spend the majority of your working days at HQ-Denmark.
