Student Assistant - Product and Project Management

About the job
You will become part of the Digital Product Management Team within the Demant Portfolio and Program Management organization, and work in close cooperation with many business stakeholders. More specifically, you will be involved in market & competitor analysis work, investigating market trends and supporting the Product Managers in their strategic frontloading of new digital solutions and services and structuring the information. Consequently, your areas of responsibility and your tasks are very broad and varied. Some of your tasks include:
- Drive and maintain the market & competitor analysis, drawing on the experience and insights of the Product Managers
- Support the Product Managers in their work on Smart phone apps, Fitting Software features, data enablers and value propositions and any other product related delivery e.g., in the form of help gathering insight within a certain field, structuring data reports and information to support product decisions.
- Plan and prepare events
- Help drive and maintain the team website, tools and templates and structuring information
- Assist in various improvement projects
Your background and personal competencies
You are probably in the third year of your Bachelor within digital healthcare, healthcare & data or business administration and have a keen interest in pursuing a career within healthcare and business.
Your style of work is characterized by you being proactive. Working independently and taking responsibility is second nature to you. You are someone who likes taking tasks, driving them and seeing them to completion.
To achieve success in your new role, you possess the following qualities:
- Be able to take responsibility
- Be self-driven
- Have a very structured mindset/approach
- Have strong coordination skills
- Be able to "own" a project from start to end (self-driven, structured, following up)
- Have good stakeholder/communication skills
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Speak and write English fluently

We expect your work time to be 16 hours per week across 2 days per week, preferably 3, distributed to suit both yours and our schedule. This may increase in busy periods, however, we also offer flexibility around exams and holidays.
