Strategic Project Manager - Brand Management

Lead the efforts to develop and maintain a Brand Portfolio perspective
As a Strategic Project Manager in Brand Management, you will support the leadership team in the deployment of brand strategies, value propositions and other strategic projects. Brand Management is a new Function within our Hearing Instruments Group, currently going through a major change process as a result of a stronger Brand Portfolio focus within the organisation.

This change aims to develop a strong Brand Management Function with a wholistic Brand Portfolio focus in addition to our distinct brand organisations. The team is looking to develop the right capabilities, ways of working and strategic priorities to ensure intended market impact is realised.

In the long-term the Strategic Project Manager will lead efforts to maintain a multi-brand perspective across the brand organisations and support with cross-brand alignment in the portfolio. You will be working with a diverse set of exciting responsibilities – but these three overarching areas will be your main focus:

Strategic project leadership and support

  • Lead and execute multi-brand strategic projects that support market execution
  • Ensure initiatives are completed in scope, time and budget – and are aligned across brands to avoid market or strategic conflicts
  • Support with problem-solving and barrier elimination
  • Maintain overview of key strategic initiatives across each brand, and ensure multi-brand perspective is considered
  • Support the Brand Management leadership with change management


Brand Management Strategy process and value proposition development

  • Together with the Brand Management leadership team execute strategy processes for the Brand Management organisation and develop a framework for brand insight collection, analysis and implementation
  • Develop recommendations and perspectives for our brand leadership teams and support with strategic analysis, including brand insights across the value chain
  • Support brand strategy articulation and continuous value proposition development based on customer insights and market performance
  • Continuous improvement of multi-brand organisation and operating model


Executive communication

  • Articulate strategic initiatives into simple messaging to be shared across the Hearing Instruments Group, our Sales stakeholders and the Brand Management organisation
  • Report directly to the SVP of Brand Management and act as a close sparring partner on developing the Brand Management organisation and brand strategies


You have experience from strategy consulting and/or strategy development in a global corporation
We are very open to your educational background , but to thrive and grow in this position, we hope that you have 3+ years of experience from strategy consulting or a strategy department in a global corporation. Work experience from medical devices, pharma, tech or similar is an advantage.

You have experience within strategy initiatives, project management, communication, and change management. You are a superstar when it comes to stakeholder management and know by heart how to maneuver and communicate across all levels of the organization . Preferably, you have strong experience from brand development, marketing, or other commercial Function with direct market impact.
