The position
As an intern in the Medical Learning team, you will work closely with Project managers to support driving the medical learning projects and initiatives across all Novo Nordisk Therapy Areas. The internal learning initiatives we drive are digital learning journeys combined with face-to-face events and training for the worldwide organization. Your main responsibilities will be focused on:
• Supporting project execution in close collaboration with partners across the medical affairs organization and in adjacent areas. It requires an agile approach, a high degree of communication with the stakeholders, a structured approach, and an ability to engage in different project-related tasks in all project phases – initiation, delivery, and maintenance
• Translating existing learning materials to other languages in collaboration with our colleagues and external vendors, when needed
• Maintaining our existing learning setup and materials in our internal systems and platforms
• Supporting the production of new digital learning materials and related communication Practicalities:
• Internship period: Full-time position for 6 months (possible extension to 1 year)
• Start date: January 2023 (flexible)
• A Danish full-time work permit is required

Qualifications To be a competitive candidate, you should study within:
• Global Health, Business Management, Communications or Pharmaceutical Science related discipline preferred
• Previous work experience in business administration or project management
• Stakeholder management skills to work in different types of projects
• Strong intercultural skills
• Professional proficiency in English
As a person, you are structured, proactive, detail oriented and thorough with your deliveries. Ability to Work Independently, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills are also important in this role. Speaking Danish is not required for the position.
