The position As the number of trials and new therapeutic areas are increasing there will be more sites enrolled at our clinical trials in the future. Efficiency and high-quality medical support are essential to enable high site performance and ultimately get products approved faster and made available to patients. As product owner within the department Site Collaboration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of a digital product that aims to increase patient safety, faster recruitment, and higher retention rates, by enabling medical professionals to perform medical sparring during clinical trials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch, and will have the mandate to make strategic decisions that drive the product forward. We work using agile methodologies in the product teams and expect you to be well-versed in agile practises.
As product owner, you will: Lead the development of one or more digital products from discovery to delivery and be accountable for the desired outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals set by business owners Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions Qualifications To be successful in this position you have: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the development of digital products with a master's degree, or 5 years with a bachelor's degree Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions Experience working in an agile development environment Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery Storytelling abilities to communicate the product vision across all levels of the organisation Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship On a personal level, you enjoy working in a diverse team of professions and you are comfortable with challenging status quo across seniority levels. You have a track record of successful collaborations and are good at communicating complex ideas. Experience from regulated industries is a plus and fluency in English is a prerequisite.
