The position The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of the Adoption Management Standards in collaboration with the priority digital products in the development digital transformation. This will include developing a data solution to report on change adoption readiness and the tracking of adoption metrics that ensures more visibility to business stakeholders of real-time progress on change & adoption of the priority digital products. The functional team deliverables are initiated by the Director, based on identified and agreed needs to fulfil objectives on departmental and/or project levels. As a Business Analyst / Change Lead – Adoption Management, you will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Manage small to mid-size projects containing some complexity, required to set direction and able to deliver results that have measurable significant impact within the context of the operational area.
  • Defines project scope, goals, expected deliverables, stakeholder mapping, metrics, communication plan, cost and timeline for medium to complex projects
  • Ensure relevant cross-functional alignment and project endorsement
  • Executes medium or high complexity projects according to plan and budget to secure agreed goals are met on time and in high quality.
  • Demonstrates team oriented skills working with key stakeholders, end users and product team members
  • Able to run stakeholder analysis and engagement plans, including mapping of direct and indirect influencers
  • Maintains a close relationship with the stakeholders in order to identify new areas of collaboration in enriching the Adoption Management teams offer to business stakeholder groups
  • Builds strong and effective relationships with relevant affiliates/regions/global. Exhibits clear and motivating communication with respective groups.
  • Able and demonstrates thought leadership in how to engage and communicate across the organisation, centered around stakeholder needs
  • Provide analytical support and thought leadership of Adoption Management standards to drive proactive engagement of successfully implementing adoption mindset into digital product teams
  • Communicate results of data analysis by preparing materials and presentations for the business in a way that is easily understood, adds value and improves the value proposition of Adoption Management standards
  • The position will be based in the headquarters Copenhagen, Denmark Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Professionals with min. 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced Project Management Toolbox
  • Demonstarted knowldege of life sciences
  • Familiar with Agile Digital Product Development concepts including change, communications and project management methods.
  • Can engage and collaborate with multiple Global/local stakeholders.
  • Experience in Global/Local system implementation practices including data analysis and change adoption tracking
  • Experience in clinical, medical or regulatory digital transformation an asset
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • About department The Adoption Management team sits within the Digital Transformation Enablement group with a remit to establish adoption management principles and mindset across the Development Digital Product teams. This team serves the wider organisational effort of the development digital transformation program. The Digital Transformation area in Development is a newly created CVP-area of approximately 30 people setting strategic direction, coordinating, catalysing, and governing our Digital Transformation across the Drug Development organisation. In collaboration with digital teams in SVP (Senior Vice President) areas across Development, we identify new opportunities for utilising data and digital solutions for the benefit of patients as well as our organisation.
