If so, then we encourage you to join us on the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) team!The Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) team at [xxxxx] is growing with new large and complex international science-driven projects.The Position
You will be involved with the initiation of new projects, driving project success and communicating how these provide value to [xxxxx] across the value chain. You will use your scientific knowledge and strong project management toolbox to drive strategic PPP projects forward in close collaboration with external partners from academia, industry, public organisations, and authorities – and of course other functions across [xxxxx].
The successful completion of our PPP projects is highly dependent on your ability to maximise the value and tangible impact from these partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. • Scoping, planning and executing project activities
• Managing project budgets and timelines
• Establishing smooth and effective collaboration within cross-organisational and international teams
• Reporting on project activities and performance
• Creating engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders to drive buy-in and common understanding of the value of PPP projectsThe position is located in Søborg, Denmark , with flexibility for part-time homeworking. Our colleagues and stakeholders are diverse, and many are based internationally, and some travel is to be expected.
Qualifications
• Master’s or PhD degree in life sciences
• At least 5 years’ of experience in alliance management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong project management experience in cross-functional projects
• Fluency in English and an understanding of other cultures
• Good insight to and experience in the [xxxxx]/pharmaceutical value chain
• Strong ability to communicate and present in an engaging manner
• Additional plus if you have experience with public funding, e.g. through Horizon Europe or the Innovative Health Initiative (IHI).You are self-driven, responsible, and thrive in a collaborative team. With strong communication and planning skills, you set direction, prioritize effectively, and adapt to challenges in complex PPP projects.We seek a versatile professional with expertise in science, communication, and organizational management who can engage diverse stakeholders to drive research into impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic team builder with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering patient-centric change in healthcare.About the Department
The Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) team is part of the Strategic Operations area in Global Medical Affairs, and we have the ambition of creating true systemic change in the global healthcare system through science-based, non-competitive Public-Private Partnerships.
