Read more and apply today for a life-changing career!The positionAs a Global Omnichannel Lead focused on improving Scientific Exchange you will be responsible for setting the direction and ambition level for how [xxxxx] utilizes paid media, social media, and search media at the international level to disseminate the latest science presented at congresses to specialist HCPs and KOLs:• Be the functional Lead for a team of dedicated professionals.• Define the global aspiration & strategy for best-in-class scientific exchange in an omnichannel, digital-first world.• Secure internal support for the aspiration using data & proactive management of a complex stakeholder landscape.• Define and deliver strategic projects with a high degree of legal & compliance complexities.Our commitment to innovation also applies to the way we work. We therefore embrace the hybrid workplace – with a blend of home office in Denmark and onsite work in Søborg, Denmark where our team is based.QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who possesses:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Extensive experience with scientific exchange and congress activities in the pharmaceutical industry, including a solid understanding of the legal and regulatory parameters.
  • Professional experience with multi-/omni-channel communications within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to communicate confidently in fluent English (both written and spoken)
